2 People Hurt in Rochester Auto Accident on Highway 169 and Route E
ROCHESTER, MO (December 29, 2024) – Friday night, an alarming two-vehicle crash on Highway 169 and Route E injured two people.
The incident happened at around 10:18 p.m. at the intersection of Highway 169 and Route E, one mile south of Rochester.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, an eastbound 2016 Ford Escape failed to stop at the intersection’s stop sign and collided with a northbound 2015 Buick Encore.
Moreover, Andrew County EMS transported the 41-year-old female driver of the Ford Escape and the 69-year-old female driver of the Buick to Mosaic Life Care of Saint Joseph with moderate injuries.
At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.
Due to limited information, the Andrew County Sheriff’s Department continued investigating the crash.
