SAN LUIS OBISPO, CA (May 8, 2025) – Tuesday night, an alarming pedestrian crash on Broad Street near Marigold Center injured one person.
The incident happened on Broad Street near the Marigold Center.
According to the San Luis Obispo Police Department, a pickup truck struck a pedestrian who was walking their bike. Then, the car dragged the victim 30 feet down the street.
Moreover, responders rushed the victim to a San Luis Obispo hospital with moderate, non-life-threatening injuries.
Furthermore, officers arrested the driver of the car under suspicion of driving under the influence of narcotics.
