1 Person Hurt in Lubbock Pedestrian Accident on 19th Street and Kewanee Avenue

LUBBOCK, TX (August 4, 2023) – Wednesday night, an alarming pedestrian crash on 19th Street and Kewanee Avenue injured one person.

The incident happened at around 9:49 p.m. on 19th Street and Kewanee Avenue.

According to the Lubbock Police Department, an unidentified vehicle struck a pedestrian for still unknown reasons.

Moreover, responders rushed the victim to a hospital with severe injuries.

At this time, the cause of the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.

Due to limited information, the authorities continued to investigate the crash.
