ALAMO, CA – Injuries Reported in Multi-Vehicle Crash on 680 Freeway at Stone Valley Road

Evening 4-Vehicle Wreck on 680 Freeway in Alamo Leads to Injuries

 
ALAMO, CA (January 18, 2019) – Injuries were reported following a multi-vehicle collision Friday night on northbound 680 Freeway at Stone Valley Road off-ramp.
 
The collision happened around 6:52 p.m. involving a black Range Rover, a white commercial van, a red Acura sedan and a Tesla car.
 
Details of how the crash occurred were not immediately available, but a man was found in the center divider and was leaning against the guardrail with possible injuries. A woman was also found lying on the ground next to the center divider.
 
An ambulance unit was dispatched to the scene and took those who were injured to a hospital to receive proper treatment.
 
Tow trucks were also requested to remove the vehicles from the wreckage.
 
An ongoing investigation continues to determine the ultimate cause of the accident and liability.
