Ukiah, CA (September 4, 2023) On Saturday evening, a 56-year-old motorcyclist was seriously hurt after a motorcycle accident on South State Street.

According to Ukiah Police Department, the 2-vehicle crash happened at about 9:57 p.m. near the intersection of Talmage Road and South State Street.

Reports say that a motorcycle collided with a vehicle in front of Building Bridges.

Medics say that the 56-year-old man suffered multiple bone fractures and rescuers made sure the patient was able to breath due to the injuries.

Officials say that the man was taken to Ukiah Regional Airport for air transport to a hospital.

Police are investigating the 2-vehicle crash.
