Fatal Lakewood Multi-Vehicle Crash Leaves John Guzzardo and Aaron Morgan Dead

 
Lakewood, CA (June 05, 2021) – On Friday, two friends, John Guzzardo of Chicago and Aaron Morgan of Lakewood, were killed in a multi-vehicle crash on South Street.
 
Moreover, officers responded to the accident scene at about 10:10 p.m. in the 6100 block area, near Gondar Avenue.
 
The authorities confirmed that the two men, 48 and 49 respectively, died, while three were hospitalized. Apparently, one of them admitted in critical condition, and another in moderate condition.
 
Andrea Gwynnel confirmed that Guzzardo’s 14-year-old son is currently in an ICU from injuries he sustained in the crash.
 
According to LA sheriff’s department watch commander Sgt. R. Martinez, no arrests have been made yet.
 
Meanwhile, family of the two men say the victims were close friends, with Guzzardo being the best man at Morgan’s wedding.
 
Ultimately, the authorities are still investigating the deadly South Street accident.
