Austin, TX (May 8, 2025) – Austin-Travis County EMS (ATCEMS) reported that a crash on E Ben White Boulevard injured nine people in South Austin. 

Emergency crews responded to the scene around 4:47 p.m. on May 8. The crash occurred on the eastbound service road of the 2500 block of E. 

Ben White Boulevard at Todd Lane, near Burleson Road.

Multiple ATCEMS and Austin Fire Department units arrived quickly to assist. 

Paramedics evaluated and treated nine individuals, all of whom sustained minor injuries. 

Authorities have not yet confirmed how many vehicles were involved or what caused the crash.

ATCEMS has urged drivers to avoid the area and remain alert for first responders still working at the scene.
