78-Year-Old Farhad Al Ali Dies in Pedestrian Accident on Huebner Road [San Antonio, TX]

San Antonio, TX (September 20, 2024) – Farhad Al Ali, 78, has died in a pedestrian accident on Huebner Road Wednesday night.

It was about 7:50 p.m. when the fatal crash happened at the 8600 block of Huebner Road.

Troopers said a pickup truck had struck Farhad Al Ali while he was crossing the road. He died at the accident scene.

EMS said they smelled intoxicants on Ali’s breath.

Meanwhile, investigators stated Ali didn’t use a crosswalk and the location has poor lighting.

The pickup driver stayed at the crash scene and the authorities don’t believe the driver was under the influence of drugs and alcohol.
