Woman Killed in Multi-Vehicle Crash on North Hills

Los Angeles, CA (May 13, 2022) On Thursday, a 76-year-old woman was killed in a hit-and-run crash involving several vehicles on Roscoe Boulevard.

The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) says an eastbound vehicle ran a red light and struck multiple vehicles, and fled.

Reports say that the suspect vehicle struck a vehicle carrying the 76-year-old woman.

paramedics pronounced the victim dead at the scene.

Meanwhile, the suspect vehicle continued driving until it collided with a Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) fire truck.

Officials did not provide information on the extent of injuries sustained due to the crash.

Authorities are investigating the incident and have not released further information at this time.
