73-Year-Old Bicyclist Killed on 11th Street Car Crash [Tracy, CA]

Police Investigate a Fatal Crash on 11th Street in Tracy

 
Tracy, CA (December 3, 2020) – Wednesday evening, a 73-year-old bicyclist died in a vehicle crash on 11th Street.
 
Moreover, the fatal Tracy crash happened around 6 p.m. on December 2, just west of Lincoln Boulevard.
 
Police said they found the unidentified man lying on the side of the roadway.
 
The incident happened when he was crossing the roadway outside of a crosswalk, wearing all-dark clothing and riding a black bicycle without lights.
 
Medics then transported him to San Joaquin County Hospital, where he died.
 
Meanwhile, the driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigation. Investigators say speed and alcohol do not appear as factors in the collision.
 
The fatal collision remains under investigation.
