Santa Barbara County, CA (July 3, 2021) – Saturday afternoon, a 70-year-old passenger sustained severe lower-body injuries in a head-on crash on Highway 246.
 
The head-on crash in Santa Barbara County happened just after 4 p.m. on July 3.
 
According to reports, the head-on collision occurred on Highway 246 at Campbell Road, between Lompoc and Buellton.
 
There is no word on the vehicles involved at this time.
 
EMS airlifted the 70-year-old passenger to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital.
