Pedestrian Suffers Broken Pelvis and Fractured Arm after Car Crash on El Cajon Boulevard in Rolando

 
Rolando, CA (November 4, 2020) – Wednesday morning, a 68-year-old male pedestrian sustained severe injuries in a car crash on the 6800 block of El Cajon Boulevard.
 
The crash happened around 6 a.m. on November 4. Dispatched officers responded to the 6800 block of El Cajon Boulevard, west of 70th Street.
 
According to reports, a 28-year-old man drove 2016 Mazda3 eastbound on El Cajon Boulevard when a 68-year-old man stepped off the center median and struck by the sedan.
 
Paramedics transported the victim to a hospital for treatment of a broken pelvis and a fractured arm.
 
Meanwhile, the Mazda driver remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators.
