1 Hurt in Reno Pedestrian Accident
RENO, NV (November 27, 2019) – A 63-year-old man sustained injuries in a hit-and-run pedestrian accident on 1st Street on November 25.
Authorities identified 30-year-old Leticia Faith of Reno as the driver who escaped after hitting a pedestrian. After that, police cited her for Drivers License Required, Insurance Required, and Misdemeanor Hit and Run.
The incident occurred on East 1st Street and N. Virginia Street. According to the Reno Police, the 63-year-old Reno resident used a crosswalk at the time of the crash. Meanwhile, the detectives revealed that the driver fled the scene without stopping or providing aid to the pedestrian.
The man sustained injuries and received treatment at the scene.
Meanwhile, the suspect vehicle is a silver, 4 doors, cross-over style vehicle.
