Reports from the California Highway Patrol state that Man Struck and Killed by Semi Truck the 58 year old man was stumbling on the road Wednesday night, and crossed the fog line where he was hit by the truck.
Lanes were shut down, and the freeway Cypress Ave on and off ramps were blocked by police officers. They are investigating the accident for further details.
