Injuries Reported in Kent Vehicle Crash
Kent, WA (April 11, 2024) – A 56-year-old woman suffered injuries following an Interstate 5 collision before midnight on Monday.
Officers said a driver of a stolen vehicle on the northbound freeway spun out of control and collided with another vehicle near State Route 516.
Afterward, the driver got out of the vehicle and fled on foot.
The woman who was driving the other vehicle was transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
All lanes of the freeway were closed for several hours as a result of the Interstate 5 collision. Troopers reopened the freeway at around 3:45 a.m.
