5 Hurt in Santa Clarita Crash on 14 Freeway near Agua Dulce Canyon Road

 
SANTA CLARITA, CA (February 1, 2021) – Sunday afternoon, five people suffered injuries in a multi-vehicle accident on 14 Freeway near Agua Dulce Canyon Road.
 
The authorities received a report of the crash just after 12:30 p.m., said Supervisor Bernard Peters with the Los Angeles County Fire Department. Moreover, it happened on the southbound 14 Freeway near Agua Dulce Canyon Road.
 
“We just got on scene,” Peters confirmed at 1:00 p.m. There were three ambulances ordered but there haven’t been any transports to the hospital just yet.”
 
Meanwhile, the authorities issued a SigAlert that shut down southbound number 1 and 2 lanes in the area for approximately 30 minutes.
 
Furthermore, by 2:00 p.m., the authorities confirmed that out of five patients, two were in critical condition.
 
The authorities continue to investigate the incident.
