Five People Die after Care Flight Medical Crash in Stagecoach
Stagecoach, NV (February 25, 2023) – Friday night, five people died after Care Flight medical crash.
The fatal crash was reported at about 9:15 p.m. on February 24.
The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said searchers found the aircraft at about 11:15 p.m. REMSA identified the plane as a PC 12 fixed-wing aircraft with tail number N273SM.
The people killed in the crash were a pilot, a flight nurse, a flight paramedic, a patient, and a patient’s family member.
