FALLBROOK, CA (July 18, 2021) – Friday night, five people sustained injuries in a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 15 near State Route 76.
 
According to Capt. John Choi of the North County Fire Protection District, the incident happened at around 11:03 p.m. Moreover, it occurred on Interstate 15, north of State Route 76.
 
Reports revealed that the two vehicles collided for unknown reasons.
 
Meanwhile, responders transported three victims to Children’s Hospital. Then, they took one person to Palomar Medical Center and one victim to Sharp Memorial Hospital.
 
Moreover, CHP closed the freeway to give way to the investigation.
