64-Year-Old Jan Bennett Arrested after DUI Crash on Preston Road in Dallas

Dallas, TX (January 27, 2023) – Dallas Police arrested 64-year-old Jan Bennett for DUI after crashing into Speranza Italian Restaurant on Preston Road.

The crash in Dallas happened on January 26.

Investigators said an SUV plowed through the front windows, throwing customers to the ground, and injuring five people.

At least one of the five injured customers is still in the hospital with a concussion, but all survived.
