Car accidents happen when we least expect them. To best avoid a traffic collision, drive defensively. Keep a three-second cushion from the vehicle ahead of you and be conscious of your speed limit. Distracted driving and speeding play a major factor in car accidents; however, when we remain aware of our speed and those around us, we have a higher chance of avoiding a car crash.
