44-Year-Old Man Dies in Solo-Vehicle Crash on Avenue 300 [Tulare County, CA]

Tulare County, CA (December 13, 2021) – On Saturday, a 44-year-old man lost his life in a solo-vehicle crash on Avenue 300.

The collision happened just before 3 a.m. west of Highway 198.

Investigators said the driver struck a puddle of standing water and lost control of the vehicle.

As a result, the vehicle overturned and landed in an orchard.

One of the passengers was not wearing his seatbelt. Unfortunately, he was thrown out of the vehicle and died of his injuries at the scene.

Moreover, there were four other people in the vehicle. Two of them were adults and two were children. Rescuers took them to Kaweah Health Medical Center for sustaining minor injuries.

The authorities do not consider drugs or alcohol to be a factor in the collision.
