4 Hospitalized after Las Vegas Accident on Decatur Boulevard
LAS VEGAS, NV (July 8, 2019) – Four drivers sustained injuries in a multi-vehicle accident on Decatur Boulevard on July 4.
The crash happened about 9:00 p.m. on Decatur Boulevard and Cactus Avenue. In addition, authorities arrested one driver on suspicion of DUI after the four-car collision.
According to the initial investigation, an eastbound Chevrolet Camaro on Cactus Avenue collided with a taxi. As a result, that collision lead to a crash with two other cars, Lt. Adrian Beas revealed.
Responders transported all four drivers to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
However, police arrested the Chevrolet driver for suspected DUI.
Police also revealed that impairment and speed played a role in the collision. However, police did not reveal another other information at this time.
