38-Year-Old Moped Driver Dies in Interstate 5 Hit-and-Run Crash [Seattle, WA]

Seattle, WA (October 03, 2021) – On Saturday morning, a 38-year-old moped driver died in Intestate 5 hit-and-run crash.

Officers said a man riding a moped south on the freeway near Lake City Way improperly changed lanes and collided into a Toyota Prius.

The moped driver was thrown and hit by another vehicle which continued driving.

Officers said the moped driver died.
