33-Year-Old Raul Morales Lopez Jr Dies in Hit-and-Run Crash on Hoffman Boulevard [Richmond, CA]

Richmond, CA (April 16, 2022) – On Wednesday, officers arrested Roman Seabock, 20, of San Anselmo, in a hit-and-run crash on Hoffman Boulevard killing Raul Morales Lopez Jr, 33.

It was about 10 p.m. when the fatal collision happened near Cutting Boulevard.

Officers say Lopez was walking his bicycle on the sidewalk when a 1997 Dodge van driven by Seabock drove onto the sidewalk and ran over Lopez.

Responding paramedics declared Lopez dead at the scene.

Moreover, the Richmond Police investigated the collision and gathered evidence and video footage from security cameras and witnesses.

Finally, the authorities arrested Seabock on April 13.

They booked him into Martinez Detention Facility on $2 million bail. His schedule to appear in court for his arraignment is on Friday afternoon.
