No Injuries Reported in Collision on Highway 50
CARSON, NV (March 2, 2020) – Three vehicles were involved in a collision on the westbound lane of Highway 50 around noon on the second of March in Carson.
The Carson City fire department, Nevada Highway Patrol, and sheriff’s deputies arrived to investigate. They also looked for any hurt in the scene.
Witnesses reported the incident at around 12:40 Monday afternoon. Authorities initially recorded it as a non-injury collision.
However, the Nevada Highway Patrol ordered the city fire department to check for any injuries. The Carson city emergency crews then responded immediately.
Motorists experienced delays as crews re-directed traffic around the crash in the westbound lane of Highway 50.
The cause of the collision on highway 50 is unknown. Furthermore, the accident is still under investigation.
