Three Hurt in Adelanto Rollover Crash

ADELANTO, CA (January 4, 2018) — Three men sustained critical injuries after a solo-car rollover crash in Adelanto Tuesday, January 1.

At around 1:29 p.m., on New Year’s Day, San Bernardino County Sheriff’s and San Bernardino County Fire responded to the area of Rancho Road and Verbena Road to a report of a solo-car rollover incident.

When they arrived at the scene, deputies found a silver 2003 Honda Accord in the eastbound lanes of Rancho Road that had major damage.

According to Sergeant Goddard with the Victor Valley Sheriff’s Station, all three men were ejected from the collision and lying in the roadway. All three of them suffered major life-threatening injuries.

The vehicle was believed to have been moving eastbound, just west of Verbena Road, Sgt. Goddard stated.

The area was temporarily closed while the Major Accident Investigation Team conducted their investigation.
