The street racing-related crash happened on Buckeye Road near 35th Avenue. According to reports, the two involved vehicles have been racing. Sgt. Mercedes Fortune with the Phoenix Police Department revealed that one of the cars didn’t yield at a red light.
 
Reports revealed that street racing has been a common issue in the West Valley. Thus, the Glendale Police Department reactivated its street racing task force to eliminate street takeovers.
