Three Hospitalized after Two-Vehicle Crash on Windmill Lane in the South Las Vegas Valley
Las Vegas Valley, NV (September 13, 2020) – Sunday afternoon, three people sustained injuries in a two-vehicle crash on Windmill Lane.
The incident happened at around 2:57 p.m. on September 13.
Police said a 2015 Dodge Ram pickup truck towing a utility trailer with an off-road vehicle was eastbound on Windmill Lane when a 2013 Nissan Altima entered the road from a stop sign at Gilespie Street.
The Ram hit the Altima’s passenger side, which was pushed off of the road and to the corner of the intersection.
As a result, the Altima occupants were all taken to University Medical Center in varying conditions.
The 62-year-old driver had moderate injuries, a 61-year-old had severe injuries, and the 56-year-old is in critical condition.
Meanwhile, the two occupants in the pickup were not injured.
Moreover, the driver, a 44-year-old man, remained at the scene. Police said he shows no signs of impairment.
