Three People Hospitalized after Crash on State Route 85 in Tucson

Tucson, AZ (February 23, 2023) – On Sunday, three people sustained injuries in a multi-vehicle crash on State Route 85.

The multi-vehicle in Tucson happened on February 19.

Reportedly, an off-duty Chief CBP Officer at the Lukeville Port of Entry saw a multi-vehicle crash on State Route 85 at about mile marker 30.

One unconscious young female driver was trapped while two other people were also trapped in the other vehicle.

Authorities removed the people from their vehicles and were taken a safe distance away from the scene of the incident.

EMS flew the three patients to a hospital in unknown condition.
