Injuries Reported in Oceanside Auto Accident on College Boulevard and Vista Way
OCEANSIDE, CA (December 25, 2022) – Saturday night, three people suffered injuries in an ambulance crash on College Boulevard and Vista Way.
The incident began at 8:00 p.m. when an altercation occurred at a Vista home. Then, the suspect fled from Casa Bonita Way in Vista in a mid-sized SUV. Thus, the deputies followed.
Eventually, the suspect hit an ambulance at College Boulevard and Vista Way in Oceanside.
Then, responders took the suspect and two paramedics in the ambulance to the hospital with minor injuries.
Police encouraged drivers to avoid the area of southbound College Boulevard at Waring Road. They also asked motorists to avoid Vista Way and westbound Vista Way at College Boulevard from about 10 p.m. to about 1 a.m.
