2-Vehicle Collision in Indio Sends 3 People to Hospitals

 
Indio, CA (October 29, 2019) — Three people sustained injuries in a two-vehicle crash at Monroe Street and Indio Boulevard Monday morning.
 
According to the Riverside County Fire Department, the crash occurred around 3:42 a.m.
 
Of the three patients, one of them required extrication with the Jaws of Life after being trapped inside a vehicle. The victim, whom firefighters freed from the wreckage, suffered critical injuries while the two others sustained moderate injuries.
 
Reports did not mention what drove the collision, but investigators are combing through possible details that led to it. Anyone with information surrounding this crash should call officials.
