3 Teenagers Injured in Alarming Vehicle Collision on Lime Avenue [Saline County, MO]

Saline County, MO (April 12, 2025) – Three teenagers from Marshall were injured in a vehicle collision on Lime Avenue Thursday night.

According to MSHP officers, a 16-year-old female driver lost control of the vehicle while driving on the loose gravel of Lime Avenue. The car  skidded off the left side near Water Mill Road wherein it struck a ditch and overturned.

Immediately, the rescuers arrived at the crash scene and airlifted the teen driver to Columbia with serious injuries. 

The passengers were a 15-year-old female and 19-year-old male. The rescuers transported them to Fitzgibbon Hospital with moderate injuries.

In the meantime, the authorities are conducting a further investigation in this accident.
