Damage Sustained in Police Chase Crash near West 54th Street

 
HYDE PARK, CA (January 1, 2019) – Three people were arrested Tuesday afternoon following a crash on Crenshaw Boulevard.
 
As per reports, the chase started at 59th Place and 10th Avenue. The Los Angeles Police Department Gang Unit was involved in the pursuit of suspects who may have had a gun.
 
The chase ended after the suspects’ vehicle collided with a car near West 54th Street. No injuries were reported by the authorities. Three people were arrested, but it remains unknown whether or not the suspects will face charges.
 
An investigation is ongoing to determine the events that led to the crash and to identify possible contributing factors. Anyone who may have witnessed the incident is asked to cooperate with investigators as soon as possible. Additional information will be released once it becomes available.
