25-Year-Old Woman Killed in Violent Pedestrian Crash on MacArthur Boulevard [Santa Ana, CA]

Santa Ana, CA (August 2, 2024) On Thursday afternoon, a 25-year-old woman walking in a crosswalk died in a brutal pedestrian crash on MacArthur Boulevard.

Authorities from the Santa Ana Police Department say that the auto-pedestrian crash happened at about 1 p.m. on Birch Street.

Reports say that a woman walking in a crosswalk was fatally struck by a vehicle turning left from Birch Street onto MacArthur Boulevard.

First responders rushed the female pedestrian to the hospital, where she ultimately succumbed to her injuries and was declared dead at the hospital.
