Toyota Driver Rear-Ended Big Rig Driven by Brian Moil in Turlock

 
Turlock, CA (November 10, 2020) – On Sunday, a 25-year-old Atwater man died, while 23-year-old Brian Moil of Lemoore, was involved in a crash on Highway 99 north of Golf Road.
 
The fatal accident was reported to the California Highway Patrol after 1 AM.
 
When they arrived, they confirmed the Atwater man in a 2006 Toyota Corolla was driving south at an undetermined but high rate of speed.
 
When at the same time and lane was a 2019 Freightliner truck driven by Moil.
 
The Toyota driver drove directly into the rear of the big rig. As a result, the Toyota sustained major damage while the driver was fatally injured.
 
Moil, on the other hand, did not report any injuries.
