NSP Investigates Van-Motorcycle Crash on 215 Beltway
Las Vegas, NV (October 21, 2022) On Wednesday evening, a hit-and-run crash on the 215 Beltway killed a male motorcycle rider.
Nevada State Police says that the fatal van-motorcycle crash happened at around 9 p.m. on the 215 westbound at North Durango Drive.
Reports say that a westbound red Yamaha motorcycle collided with the back of a white utility van. The impact of the collision ejected the man off his motorcycle.
Officials pronounced the motorcyclist dead at the scene. Authorities are investigating the 215 Beltway crash to determine if the van made an unsafe lane change in front of the motorcycle.
Moreover, authorities say that the van did not stop after the crash and fled the scene.
