SAN BERNARDINO, CA (December 16, 2021) – On Wednesday, two students sustained injuries in a pedestrian crash on Citrus Avenue at Church Street.

According to city spokesman Carl Baker, the incident happened at around 7:30 a.m.

Reports revealed that a Toyota pickup attempted to make a left turn onto eastbound Citrus Avenue. However, it struck two female Redlands High students crossing the road in a marked crosswalk.

Authorities described the injuries of the victims as moderate.
