2 Riders Injured in Highway 74 Motorcycle Accident Near Ortega Falls [Riverside County, CA]

Motorcyclists Hospitalized Following Highway Crash in Riverside County

 
RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CA (March 18, 2019) – Two motorcycle riders suffered serious injuries following an accident on Highway 74 near Ortega Falls Sunday.
 
The collision unfolded in the 34000 block of Highway 74, according to a California Highway Patrol incident log.
 
CHP officers and other emergency personnel arrived around 10 a.m. after responding to reports of two riders down in the roadway. The collision blocked both directions with bystanders and Good Samaritans scattered throughout the scene by the victims’ sides.
 
Following the accident, two Reach Air Ambulances arrived to airlift both riders to area hospitals.
 
The cause of the crash, however, his still under investigation by officials.
