4 Hospitalized after Los Angeles Accident near La Brea Avenue

 
LOS ANGELES, CA (April 30, 2020) – Early Wednesday afternoon, a police chase ended with an auto crash that injured 4 people near Pico Boulevard.
 
According to reports, among the four people injured, there were two police officers.
 
The incident began around 12:50 p.m., as the police officers chased the suspect near Pico Boulevard and La Brea Avenue.
 
The events leading up to the collision remain unclear. However, four separate ambulances were requested to transport two injured officers and two other patients to a nearby hospital.
 
Reports also confirmed that the suspect was later taken in custody. However, it is still not clarified whether he is one of the injured that were transported to a hospital.
 
Authorities shut down all lanes of Pico Boulevard and La Brea Avenue during their investigation. However, the roadway has since reopened.
 
At this time, the police did not disclose the number of vehicles involved in the incident.
