2 People Killed in Head-on Crash on California Avenue and Howard Avenue [Kerman, CA]

Fatalities Reported in Kerman Auto Accident on California Avenue and Howard Avenue

 
KERMAN, CA (July 25, 2021) – Saturday night, two people died in a head-on crash on California Avenue and Howard Avenue.
 
The incident occurred at 8:14 p.m. on West California Avenue and South Howard Avenue.
 
According to the CHP, a man in his 30s drove while speeding west on California Avenue, east of Howard Avenue. Then, he veered in the eastbound lane and crashed a man in his 50s driving another vehicle.
 
As a result, the speeding driver and his 25-year-old female passenger both died at the scene.
 
Meanwhile, the man in his 50s and his 35-year-old female passenger suffered minor to moderate injuries. Responders took them both to Community Regional Medical Center.
 
At this time, the authorities haven’t confirmed whether alcohol or drugs played a role in the crash.
