Truck Overturns in Orcutt Accident on Highway 101

 
ORCUTT, CA (May 11, 2020) – Late Saturday morning, two victims sustained injuries in a rollover collision on Highway 101.
 
The Santa Barbara County Fire Department revealed that the incident happened around 10:45 a.m. on the southbound lanes of the highway. Dispatchers arrived between Union Valley Parkway and Clark Avenue, shortly after.
 
According to reports, the impact of the collision caused the pickup truck that was towing a jeep to rollover into the center median. Officers added that one occupant sustained moderate injuries, while the other suffered minor injuries.
 
An AMR ambulance transported both patients to Marian Regional Medical Center in Santa Maria.
 
At this time, the authorities have yet to disclose the names of the victims or their current conditions. Bertucelli also revealed that a third person was involved in the crash. However, they remained uninjured.
 
The CHP is currently handling the investigation of the rollover collision on Highway 101.
