2 Hurt in San Diego Motorcycle Crash on Potomac Street

 
SAN DIEGO, CA (October 12, 2020) – Saturday night, two people suffered injuries in a motorcycle accident on Potomac Street.
 
The incident occurred at 9:30 p.m. in the 6400 block of Potomac Street. to Officer Robert Heims of the San Diego Police Department said that a 28-year-old man and his 27-year-old passenger sustained injuries. The incident occurred when their 2014 Harley Davidson motorcycle crashed into a parked vehicle in Paradise Hills.
 
“The driver lost control of his motorcycle and slid into a parked vehicle,” Heims added. “The driver sustained broken knees along with several other injuries.”
 
Due to the crash, the passenger sustained a dislocated right hip. Furthermore, responders brought both of them to a local hospital.
 
As of this time, the San Diego Police Traffic Division investigation believe that substance intoxication played a role in the crash.
