2 Hurt in Placer County Auto Accident on Mosquito Ridge Road

 
PLACER COUNTY, CA (December 21, 2020) – Sunday morning, two people suffered injuries in a crash on Mosquito Ridge Road.
 
According to reports, the Placer County Sheriff’s Office came to the scene at about 7:00 a.m. Moreover, reports confirmed that a vehicle fell 1000 feet off Mosquito Ridge Road and down a cliff.
 
The incident threw off a woman from the car. However, the male driver stayed inside.
 
Meanwhile, the woman managed to go back up the road and asked for help.
 
She suffered moderate injuries while the man suffered major injuries. The fire crews located, stabilized, and flew the male driver through CALSTAR Air Medical Services.
 
CHP-Auburn is currently handling the crash investigation.
