2 Hurt in Beaumont Multi-Vehicle Crash on Highway 79 near California Avenue

 
BEAUMONT, CA (December 8, 2020) – Just recently, two people suffered injuries in an accident on Highway 79 near California Avenue.
 
The incident occurred around 11:10 a.m. on the southbound side of Highway 79. It happened between California Avenue and County Landfill Road. The CHP confirmed that the crash involved two sedans and a pickup. Moreover, the crash led one of the sedans to overturn.
 
Thus, the Riverside County Fire Department paramedics aided two victims at the scene. However, both of them refused hospitalization.
 
Meanwhile, the crash partially shut down the highway. Also, the CHP officers provided traffic control to keep motorists going in both directions.
 
At this time, the cause of the crash remains under active investigation.
