Sacramento, CA (October 4, 2024) On Wednesday evening, a multi-vehicle traffic collision on Business 80 let 2 people injured.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the multi-vehicle crash happened at about 8:30 p.m. near the E Street exit.
Reports say that a multi-vehicle crash temporarily halted all eastbound traffic on Business 80 in central Sacramento.
The crash, involving three vehicles, blocked all eastbound lanes near the E St. exit.
By shortly before 9 p.m., CHP reopened one lane. Two individuals were transported to the hospital and are in stable condition. Live cameras from Caltrans showed significant traffic congestion between the junction with Highway 50 and the American River.
