2 Killed in Hollister Motorcycle Accident on State Route 152 near Carlton Road

 
HOLLISTER, CA (August 9, 2021) – Saturday afternoon, two people died in a motorcycle crash on State Route 152 near Carlton Road.
 
According to California Highway Patrol, the incident happened at around 4:00 p.m. Moreover, it occurred on westbound State Route 152, just east of Carlton Road.
 
Reports revealed that a westbound 2002 Harley Davidson veered across the eastbound lanes. Then, it collided with a Ford F-550. The force of the crash ejected the motorcyclist and a passenger from the vehicle.
 
Furthermore, responders pronounced the motorcyclist, a 43-year-old Hollister man, dead at the scene. Paramedics transported the passenger of the motorcycle, a 41-year-old Hollister woman, to Watsonville Community Hospital. However, she was later pronounced dead.
 
Meanwhile, the Ford driver, a 26-year-old Salinas man, sustained no injuries in the crash.
