1 Person Hospitalized After Crash in the 1400 block of Route U in Hallsville
Hallsville, Mo (January 3, 2025) – Rescue crews saved two people after a car crash in the 1400 block of Route U on January 2.
The Boone County Fire Protection District (BCFPD) responded to a reported accident in the 1400 block of Route U in Hallsville around 8:16 p.m. on Thursday.
Upon arrival, firefighters found a vehicle on its side in the creek bed. Fire crews collaborated with the Hallsville Police Department to stabilize the vehicle and safely extricate the two occupants.
According to a press release, one person was transported to a local hospital for treatment of their injuries.
BCFPD reported that Route U remained closed for about 45 minutes due to the crash.
