PASADENA, CA (August 17, 2020) – Sunday afternoon, authorities arrested two people after a pursuit ended with a crash on Oak Grove Drive.
 
According to reports, the chase started early Sunday afternoon after authorities received a report of a stolen vehicle.
 
The Nissan Altima’s driver drove at a speed of 90 mph on eastbound 210 Freeway. Then, he drove past another car on the freeway shoulder. Afterward, the driver doubled-back on the westbound 210 Freeway.
 
Authorities revealed that a passenger was also inside the sedan. However, the identity of the driver and the passenger were unavailable.
 
As the driver maneuvered a U-turn on a street, he was trapped in between two patrol cars. Afterward, the driver clipped another vehicle and hit a curb at Oak Grove Drive and Foothill Boulevard.
 
As a result, responders detained two people and no injuries were reported.
 
Furthermore, the Traffic Division spearheads the crash investigation.
