2 People Airlifted After Rollover Crash on Cottonwood Avenue near Olive Street [Hesperia, CA]

Several Parties Injured in Hesperia Auto Accident on Cottonwood Avenue

 
HESPERIA, CA (September 22, 2020) – Saturday night, two people were airlifted after a rollover crash on Cottonwood Avenue.
 
The San Bernardino County Fire came to the scene just before 9:00 p.m. The crash occurred in the 9200 block of Cottonwood Avenue between Olive Street and Sultana Street.
 
When the firefighters arrived, they found four damaged vehicles at the scene. They also dispatched two helicopters to transport two critically injured people.
 
According to reports, one of the critically injured individuals was pinned under an overturned white SUV. Firefighters spent around 15 minutes to free the person.
 
The crash left six people with injuries, two were critical while four were minor injuries. One of the injured was an elderly female driver of the Hyundai SUV.
 
The Mercy Air 22 and Reach 13 arrived just before 9:30 p.m. and transported the critically injured victims to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center.
 
Furthermore, the Hesperia Police Department spearheads the crash investigation.
