Injuries Reported in Fresno Auto Accident on Highway 180 and Brawley Avenue
FRESNO, CA (May 24, 2021) – Sunday night, two men suffered injuries in a DUI crash on Highway 180 and Brawley Avenue.
The incident occurred just before 1:00 p.m. on westbound Highway 180 and Brawley Avenue.
According to the California Highway Patrol officers, a Toyota pickup traveled west on the highway. As the driver goes on a green light, a Chevy Sonic crashed into its rear.
The impact hurt two men in the pickup. Moreover, responders took the driver to Community Regional Medical Center in downtown Fresno upon complaining of chest pain and a nosebleed.
On the other hand, his passenger declined additional treatment.
Meanwhile, the CHP officers detained the Chevy driver for driving under the influence.
